An assembling-type hydraulic-oil cooler is provided to flow cooling water in a body as well as a heat exchange pipe to improve the cooling efficiency, and disassemble the oil cooler easily to maintain and repair the oil cooler easily. A body of an oil cooler(1) is formed by combining a plurality of units in series, wherein the units have coupling holes and body cooling paths formed in a radial shape. A packing is inserted into the middle of the unit to form protruded parts alternately. An oil injection port(2) and an oil exhaust port(3) are formed at the units assembled at both ends. Cap clogging plates are assembled with both sides of the body. Heat exchange pipes and support rods are inserted into heat exchange pipe grooves and support rod combining holes of the cap clogging plates. The support rods are inserted into support rod holes of a clogging plate of the protruded parts of the packing. A cooling water injection port and a cooling water exhaust port are formed at one side cap clogging plate. A front cap having cooling water body inlet ports formed in a radial shape is assembled with one side cap clogging plate. A rear cap is assembled with the other side cap clogging plates, having cooling body inlet ports in a radial shape.
