MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION TAG

A method for manufacturing an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce a manufacturing cost without using additional material and equipment by attaching an IC chip on an antenna printed by conductive ink before the conductive ink is dried completely. An antenna(20,20') and an electrode(21,21') connecting to the antenna are printed on a printed medium(10) by using the conductive ink. The IC chip(30) is installed to the electrode before the printed electrode is dried completely. The IC chip and the antenna are electrically connected by drying the antenna and the electrode. The antenna and the electrode are printed by using at least one printing mode among gravure printing, gravure offset printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, rotary screen printing, reverse offset printing, and inkjet printing.
