FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of construction dealing with repair of severely damaged outer surfaces of lightweight concrete blocks and wall panels by means of their concreting while fixed in travelling or sliding shuttering. The device intended for fixation of shuttering while repairing the surfaces of lightweight concrete blocks and wall panels consists of the following components: case (I), two plates (II), wedge tensioning mechanism (III), wedge-shaped element (IV) and shutting clamps (V). The difference consists in the device including the following components: case (I), in the shape of a parallelepiped (1), with a threaded hole at the bottom end (2), a rectangular hole at the top end (3) and two semicircular lugs (4). Within the case plane there is a rectangular hole (5) for the wedge-shaped element. There are two rectangular plates (II) each having transverse wedged recessions (6) with grooves (7) serving as guides for the wedge-shaped element (IV) and three lugs (8) arranged perpendicular relative to the lengthier edge. The wedge-shaped element (IV) is in the form of a plate (9) on the one side of it there being the wedge proper (10) and on the other - a parallelepiped with an aperture turned (11) intended for fixation of the head of the wedge tensioning mechanism. The wedge tensioning mechanism (III) consists of a threaded rod (12) with an upset head at the one end (13) and the handle hole at the other (14). Finally there are metal plates (V) arranged across the case plane which are used for the shutting fixation. ^ EFFECT: facilitating and accelerating the shuttering assembly process and enhancement of the device turnover. ^ 2 dwg |
