A method for obtaining a soybean and beet powder such that, prior to grinding, soybeans are soaked in warm water at 45-50 °С in the course of 60 min. with change of water in 30 min., washed, poured with cold water, brought to boiling, cooked for 30 min., washed and ground together with beet, preblanched in water at рН 2.9-4.25 and a temperature of 80 °С for 5 min. |
