METHOD FOR OBTAINING OF COMPLEX ALLOY FOR DEOXIDATION STEEL

摘要

A method for obtaining of complex alloy for steel deoxidation comprises the preparation of oxidate-reducing charge with carbon and smelting of complex alloy. Previously the average value of composition of base oxides of finished furnace charge is set. The fine-dyspersation wastes of coal washing and enriched waste of ferroalloys manufactures are used as starting raw material, selected in the process or charge preparation. Raw material is mixed by grinding, controlling current meaning of chemical composition till obtaining of set average meanings of finished charge, followed by the granulation thereof.
