METHOD FOR DRAINING ABDOMINAL CAVITY IN LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY

A method of draining abdominal cavity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy comprises the introducing of tubular drainages and a rubber strip to Winslow's aperture. With the purpose of sparing the impermeability of an abdominal cavity during and after an insertion of drainages into the abdominal cavity, the drainages are introduced through laparoport in a guiding container of the tubular shape with the hermetically sealed end placed from the outside of the abdominal wall. The edge of the drainages is held with a clamp, brought to Winslow's aperture and kept in this position. Then a guiding container and laparoport are removed from the abdominal cavity being left in the tissues of the abdominal wall.
