PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration propagated to an outside joint member of a constant-velocity universal joint at low cost. SOLUTION: A damping material 10 composed of a porous solid lubricating agent is sealed into a region where an axial position of a space is regulated by a pocket 5a of a cage 5 in the space which surrounds a ball 4, that is, the space formed of a track groove 1a formed on the spherical internal face of an outer ring 1 and a track groove 3a formed on the spherical external face of an inner ring 3. The porous solid lubricating agent constituting the damping material 10 has a lubricating component containing a lubricating oil and a resin component as essential components, is a solid substance formed of the resin component which is foamed and made porous, and is formed by occluding the lubricating component into resin.
