<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a function for suppressing an occurrence of a runout of an operating fluid of a heatpipe, and to improve a cooling function at a low speed running of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor circuit 4 formed by a pyrogenic semiconductor element is fixed to a heat receiving part 5. One end side of the heatpipe 6 is fixed to the heat receiving part 5 so as to receive the wind entailed by the travel of the vehicle, and this one end side functions as an operating-fluid-evaporating part, and the other end side functions as an operating-fluid-condensing part. A plate heat radiating fin 7 is fixed to the heatpipe 6 at the predetermined intervals so that the plate surface is arranged in parallel with a vehicle traveling direction. A slit 7a capable of preventing the runout of the operating fluid of the heatpipe 6 is formed on the plate surface of the plate heat radiating fin 7 even though an ambient temperature becomes lower than the condensing temperature of the operating fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
