PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety switch capable of enhancing mechanical strength against a shock or the like generated when an actuator is engaged, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this safety switch 1, an operating part 4 is directly fixed to a member 7 to be fixed. In the operating part 4, a pair of holding members 11 in each of which a portion from a support part 11 rotatably and movably supporting a cam member 3 down to a fixing part 11b fixed to the member 7 to be fixed is integrally formed are provided, and the operating part 4 and a body part 5 are fixed to the member 7 to be fixed by being fastened together. In addition, a cap member 6 prevents a portion where the support parts 11a in a pair of the holding members 11 are provided from opening in the axial direction of the cam member 3.
