PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet capable of firmly fixing members such as key tops to a base sheet. SOLUTION: Rear surfaces of key tops 4 are firmly fixed to a film sheet 9 without any gaps by an adhesive layer 11 laminated on all the surfaces of the key tops 4. With this, it gets hard for a claw to enter between the key tops 4 and the film sheet 9, and the key tops 4 can be prevented from being peeled off from the film sheet 9. Moreover, since the key sheet 8 integrates such a film sheet 9 with a base sheet 10, the key tops 4 can be firmly fixed to the base sheet 10 though the film sheet 9 to prevent the key tops 4 from falling off by the claw or the like at the time of press operation.
