PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which has a surfactant concentration of 15 to 60 mass%, has low assimilability against acne bacteria in spite of the high concentration, hardly causes pimples, is low in skin irritation, and has high safety. SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic is characterized by comprising a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant, a polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid type nonionic surfactant, and a polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl type nonionic surfactant, wherein the surfactants are contained in an amount of 15 to 60 mass% based on the total amount of the oily cosmetic.
