PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving roll control device capable of improving control responsiveness. SOLUTION: In this roll control device, by adjusting pressures in pressure chambers 7a, 7b (8a, 8b), in which fluid of front wheel side and rear wheel side actuators 2f, 2r connected to stabilizers 1f, 1r of front and rear wheels of a vehicle is supplied, a moment is given to the stabilizers 1f, 1r so as to restrain the roll of the vehicle body. Control means comprises first adjusting means 14 adjusting the pressure of the fluid before the fluid is divided by a flow dividing valve 35, and second adjusting means 15 adjusting the pressure of one of the fluids after passing through the flow dividing valve 35.
