<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively unlock the drawers of an electronic lock cabinet by a reader and perform communication between the drawers in the state of non-contact with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The first stage (uppermost stage) drawer 10 comprises an IC card reader 20, control part and mechanism 21, 22 for unlocking by the outputs therefrom, and an infrared unit 23 for transmitting an unlocking signal. Each of the second and third stage drawers 10 comprises an infrared unit 23 for transmitting/receiving an unlocking signal and control part and mechanism 21, 22 for unlocking by the outputs therefrom. The first stage drawer is unlocked by the unlocking signal received by the IC card reader 20, and transmits the unlocking signal to the second stage drawer. The second stage drawer is unlocked by the received unlocking signal, and the unlocking signal is transmitted to the third stage drawer.
