<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of improving the quiet performance of a motor, and a vehicle equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: A current command generator 102 generates a d-axis current command Id* and a q-axis current command Iq* on the basis of a torque command TR of an AC motor M1, using a map in which a current command (low noise current command) capable of reducing noise (vibration and noise) generated in the AC motor M1 is determined in advance at each torque of the AC motor M1.
