PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing a urine meter to a urine collecting bag. SOLUTION: The method includes a process of providing a housing to prescribe at least one fluid container, and a meter including at least one drain opening that is positioned at an upper end part of the housing, a process of providing the collecting bag including at least one inlet opening to define a fluid reserver, and including at least one inlet opening, a process of positioning the meter to adjoin the collecting bag in such a way that at least one drain opening is fluid-communicated with at least one inlet opening to be positioned, and a process of fixing the meter to the collecting bag in such a way that at least one fluid container is fluid-communicated with the fluid reserver through at least one drain opening and at least one inlet opening using an RF welding device.
