PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible elastomer molded product, in particular, a sheet or a film, having a self-adhesive face and adhesiveness-controlled faces, while retaining high impact-absorbing properties and heat resistance, low staining properties and low surface hardness. SOLUTION: The elastomer molded product is integrally formed, and has the self-adhesive face and the adhesiveness-controlled faces (1), (2) and/or (3) each having a self-adhesiveness controlled to 0.1-90% of that of the self-adhesive face has, as measured by JIS Z 0237, wherein the surface of the face (1) is irregular, the surface of the face (2) is a non- or low-adhesive thin layer and the surface of the face (3) contains many particles having an average particle diameter of 3-1,000μm.
