METHOD FOR PRODUCING SCINTILLATOR PLATE AND SCINTILLATOR PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a scintillator plate sufficiently exhibiting light emission functions for equipment investment cost or raw material cost and having high use efficiency of the raw material. SOLUTION: The method for producing the scintillator plate is carried out as follows. A phosphor layer is prepared from a preparing step of dispersing the phosphor raw material in water and preparing a slurry, a freezing step of coating a resin substrate with the slurry after the preparing step, cooling the resin substrate and freezing the slurry, a freeze-drying step of vacuum freeze-drying the slurry after the freezing step and a heating step of heating the slurry after the freeze-drying step. The method for producing the scintillator plate is characterized in that the glass transition point of the resin in the resin substrate is 150-400°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
