PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring device capable of measuring a temperature accurately without depending on a supply voltage. SOLUTION: A temperature measuring part 1A measures a temperature when a supply voltage A is applied thereto. The temperature measuring part 1A outputs a voltage VOUT including information of the temperature and information of the supply voltage A. In addition, the temperature measuring part 1A outputs a voltage VREF including the information of the supply voltage A excluding the information of the temperature. A temperature determination part 1B receives the voltages VOUT, VREF. The temperature determination part 1B determines a temperature value by excluding the information of the supply voltage A from the voltage VOUT.
