PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal heat exchanger with an accumulator manufactured by a manner of excellent expense effect. SOLUTION: This internal heat exchanger 1 with the accumulator for a refrigerant circuit, in particular, of a vehicle HVAC, has a case comprising an outer cylindrical body 2 and plates 3, 4, the plastic accumulator 8 for a low-pressure refrigerant arranged concentrically in the condition where a clearance is constituted in an inside of the case, and a tube 6 with a fin for a high-pressure refrigerant. Each of the plates is provided with a connection plate 5. A U-shaped suction tube 7 equipped with a refrigerant inlet 14 and outlet 15 is provided in an inside of the accumulator 8, a deflecting device 11 is provided to separate a liquid phase of the refrigerant from a vapor phase thereof, within an upper area of the accumulator 8. The vapor inlet is arranged in an under side of the deflecting device 11 inside the accumulator, to be protected from the liquid refrigerant, and the refrigerant outlet is arranged in an outside of the accumulator 8.
