PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed clamp device for a cutting device which positively moves a cutting portion of an object to be cut to a cutting position when mechanically cutting the object to be cut with an uneven cross sectional shape, particularly, a chemical artillery shell, by a circular saw cutting device, quickly copes with change of a shape of the object to be cut, and also copes with even deformation or the like of the object to be cut. SOLUTION: A receiving vise 11 via a receiving vise support member 14 and a spring plate 15, and a pressing vise 12 via a pressing vise support member 17 and a spring plate 18, are respectively detachably attached to a receiving vise pedestal 13 and a pressing vise pedestal 16 provided on a trestle part 10 movable in an axial direction of a work W so as to move in a perpendicular direction to an axis of the work W. An abutting part 11a is provided on an end of the receiving vise 11, an end face of the work W is positioned facing the abutting part 11a, and when the pressing vise pedestal 16 is moved, the end of the work W is held by the receiving vise 11 and the pressing vise 12, the trestle part 10 is moved, and the cutting portion of the work W is positioned in a cutting saw standard position S.
