PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the wear of a sliding portion of an engaging element of a one-way clutch part. SOLUTION: On a connection part of a cage 3 having a cage 3a for holding ball 4 and a cage 3b integrally connected thereto for holding a sprag 6, annular protruding strips 11a, 11b are provided protruding on the inner diameter side and on the outer diameter side and extending to the circumferential direction. The front ends of the annular protruding strips 11a, 11b are inserted into annular seal grooves 8a, 8b provided in the outer diameter face of an bearing inner ring 1a and in the inner diameter face of a bearing outer ring 2a. This cuts off a bearing part 5 in an annular space between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 from the one-way clutch part 7 to sufficiently reduce the wear of the sliding portion of the sprag 6 while preventing the out-flow of lubricant supplied into the annular space on the side of the one-way clutch part 7 to the annular space on the side of the bearing part 5.
