REPRODUCING DEVICE, REPRODUCTION METHOD, REPRODUCTION SYSTEM AND REPRODUCTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction device by which graphics can be moved with smoothness, as in a moving image. SOLUTION: An AV Clip generated by multiplexing a moving picture stream and a graphics stream is recorded in a BD-ROM. The graphics stream is a sequence of PES packets. The PES packets include an ODS, in which graphics data are stored and a PCS in which control information is stored. The PCS indicates that graphics data in the preceding ODS, which exists in a PES packet string, are combined with the moving image stream at a predetermined timing and displayed. The PCS and the ODS belong to different Display Sets, and the ODS may be non-referenced graphics data that have not been referred to by the PCS, which belongs to the same Display Set.
