<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction phantom for a diagnostic apparatus which improves superimposing accuracy of an acquired PET image and a CT image. <P>SOLUTION: The correction phantom 30 comprises a cylindrical container 31 held laterally, two parallel cylindrical guides 34 held in cantilever fashion downward from the top part of the outer circumference of the container, and disk-shaped radiation sources 35 fitted to holders 36 and inserted slidably into the cylindrical guides 34.
