摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system for calculating the image data capable of stably inspecting the member arranging state of a cylindrical light diffusion body, wherein two members that are different in light transmittance and length are arranged alternately. SOLUTION: A characteristic quantity extraction processing part (4) is constituted so as to detect the feature quantity, showing the quality of image data at each subscanning of a line sensor (3) to transmit the detected feature quantity to a recording processing part (5). For example, the feature quantity is the sum total of the gradation levels of the image data detected so as to reach a predetermined threshold or higher than a definite value. The recording processing part (5) records the feature quantity in connection with the image data and a range specifying processing part (6) refers to the recording processing part (5) to specify a subscanning range most effective in detection, on the basis of the feature quantity. An image extraction processing part (7) extracts the image data, recorded on the recording processing part (5) on the basis of the subscanning range received from the range specifying process part (6) and composites the image data for measuring processing from the extracted image data.
