<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having an antenna that is miniaturized, and capable of conducting excellent radio communication. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 1 has a semiconductor chip 2; a first material layer 3 with a first relative permittivity that is formed on a face side 2A of the semiconductor chip; the antenna 4 formed on a face side of the first material layer; and a second material layer 5 that has a second relative permittivity higher than the first one, and is formed to be connected to the antenna away from the first material layer viewed from the semiconductor chip on the face side of the first material layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
