PREFABRICATED PANEL WITH PROTECTING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank panel which is quickly assembled at a site, and also to provide a tank manufacturing method using the same. SOLUTION: The prefabricated panel 1 with a protecting film comprises: a first inflexible plate forming the back face of the panel; a first heat insulating layer 3 supported by the plate forming the back face; an impermeable coating 4 covering the first heat insulating layer; a second heat insulating layer 5 covering part of the impermeable coating; and a second inflexible plate 6 covering the second heat insulating layer, all of which are continuously provided. It is also provided with the film 8 for covering at least part of the impermeable coating which the second heat insulating layer does not cover. The film has at least one protecting part 9, and at least one bleeding part 11 adjacent to the protecting part. The protecting part and the bleeding part can be separated from the impermeable coating in a mutually independent manner. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
