PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and cost for pasting a cushion material. SOLUTION: The vehicular ashtray device is provided with a latch mechanism 17 in which a lid body 4 is openably/closably mounted to an opening 3 of the ashtray device body 2, a seal member 11 for sealing the opening 3 or the like is arranged on a back surface side of the lid body 4, a lock device 16 is provided between the ashtray device body 2 and the lid body 4, and locking and unlocking are alternately repeated every time when the lock device 16 pushes the lid body 4, and has a variable gap capable of being enlarged/contracted by the push operation of the lid body 4 between the lid body 4 and the seal member 11. A rib part 31 is integrally extended from the seal member 11 and is deformably interposed in the variable gap 22 according to enlargement/contraction of the variable gap 22.
