Similarly, a second voltage control unit (50-2) includes a second PI control unit (54-2), a second switching unit (55-2), and a second subtraction unit (56-2). A switching control unit (70) controls the first and the second switching unit (55-1, 55-2) so that during temperature increase control, the PI control unit functions for the voltage control unit of the discharge side and an output of the PI control unit is cut off for the voltage control unit of the charge side.
