A lubricator recovering and pouring vapor gas is provided to protect air pollution and to minimize loss of fuel by recovering the vapor gas into a fuel tank of a vehicle. A lubricator recovering and pouring vapor gas includes a container(10), a moisture sensor, a flow sensor(11), a water discharge valve, a fuel delivery valve, and a controller. The container stores a liquid liquefied and provided by a condenser. The moisture sensor detects the amount of the moisture which is contained in the liquid stored in the container. The flow sensor detects the amount of the fuel which is contained in the liquid stored in the container. The water discharge valve drains out the moisture which is contained in the liquid stored in the container. The fuel delivery valve drains out the fuel to a pump(12). The controller controls the water discharge valve and the fuel delivery valve according to a signal detected by the moisture sensor and the flow sensor.
