<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film which is excellent in antistatic property, hardness, abrasion resistance and weather resistance by decreasing the dazzlement of a precise and minute display image, and to provide a polarizing plate having the coating film and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: When an organic-inorganic hybrid hard coating liquid which contains an organic-inorganic silica fine particle obtained by chemically bonding a polyfunctional silane compound containing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate to a surficial hydroxyl group of a silica fine particle, is mixed with an antistatic coating liquid which contains an electrically-conductive oxidized metal fine particle obtained by chemically bonding polyfunctional (meth)acrylate to the surface of an oxidized metal fine particle, a coating film is simultaneously given antistatic and antidazzle properties in a single layer 2 by the self-organization property between the two coating liquids. When a phase stabilizer is added to the antistatic and antidazzle coating liquid to adjust the self-organization property of an antistatic and antidazzle layer and to adjust an uneven shape of the coating film surface to nano-meter size to give a low refractive effect to the coating film, the coating film is given a low reflective function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
