<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for efficiently determining a sample based on an absorption spectrum. <P>SOLUTION: A configuration storing section 19 stores a method for describing the measurement conditions and the determination conditions of a sample to be examined which are input by a user. A measurement control section 13 controls an FTIR measuring apparatus 30, in accordance with the method. A spectrum generating section 14 generates the absorption spectrum of the sample to be examined, from measurement data. A spectrum of a standard sample similar to the spectrum is searched by a DB searching section 15 and is extracted from a database 20a designated by the method. A determination section 16 compares the predetermined wave numbers and intensity ratios on both spectrums, in accordance with the method and determines the identity of both samples. A report-generating section 17 generates a report on the determination result. Accordingly, testing is implemented efficiently, the standard sample spectrum is prevented from being wrongly selected by the user, and determination can be carried out surely. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
