PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device that can secure with good accuracy a clearance between a driving member of a displacement pump and members of its inner and outer circumferential surfaces, and its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A driving member M of a displacement pump device 10 includes a drive coil 26 wound around a coil bobbin 24, a ring member 27 formed of non-magnetic metal material and attached to fit to the outer circumferential surface of this drive coil 26, and a film of solid lubricant provided on the outer circumferential surface of the ring member 27. The film of solid lubricant and inner circumferential surface of the coil bobbin 24 have been subjected to finish processing by grinding and/or cutting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
