PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a structure for preventing dust from entering motor and position detection device part and a constitution for surely scavenging the motor and position detection device part, in a robot of a pressurized explosion-proof structure. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of motors 1 incorporated in an airtight chamber is separated into the motor part and the position detecting part. A first through-hole part 18 passing through a motor part space where the motor part exists and a second through-hole part 18 passing through a position detection part space where the position detecting part exists are provided on a motor frame 6.
