A bolt and washer assembly for a constant velocity joint of a vehicle is provided to prevent the bolt and the washer from being separated by providing an interference fitting portion made of a rubber material on a lower side surface of the bolt and an outer circumference surface of a body portion. A bolt and washer assembly for a constant velocity joint of a vehicle comprises a bolt including a head portion formed in an upper side and a body portion having an approximately cylindrical shape and formed integrally with the head portion, and a washer including a through hole combined to be penetrated by the body portion of the bolt. Additionally, the bolt includes an interference fitting portion formed in an approximately O-ring shape.
