An air-cooled portable terminal is provided to emit heat generated from the inside of the terminal to the outside by air circulation, so that temperature of the inside of the terminal drops, thereby preventing an increase of power consumption as preventing deterioration of operation efficiency of electronic elements. More than one ventilation unit(111) is formed on one of the first body(110) and the second body(150). More than one cover unit(151) is formed on the other of the first body and the second body. When the second body relatively moves on the first body, the more than one cover unit covers the more than one ventilation unit. The second body does sliding motion on the first body.
