PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a lens member that is advantageous in enhancing imaging performance by blocking conduction of heat to the lens member in caulking and preventing deformation of the lens member, and to provide a lens barrel, an imaging apparatus and a method of manufacturing the lens barrel. SOLUTION: In mounting a second fixing lens 50 to the lens barrel 32, a heated caulking fixture is contacted on the edge of a pin 56 projected from a pin insertion hole 58 to be caulked by crushing to fuse the edge of the pin 56. Here, since the pin 56 is provided not on the second fixing lens 50 but in the side of the lens barrel 32, it becomes advantageous in preventing the deformation of a lens part 5002, because heat or force is prevented from being applied directly on the second fixing lens 50.
