PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an appropriate program code by considering the information on the size of an ROM where an executable program is stored. SOLUTION: The information processor that generates a program of an executable format comprises a means (216) that acquires the size of a program corresponding to a component of a drawing for design when the program of an executable format is generated, and stores it in a database 217; a means (220) that acquires a platform used when generating a program of an executable format based on the inputted drawing for design and a program code generation pattern, and acquires a program size of the component of the drawing for design corresponding to it from the database 807; and a calculation means (228) for calculating the size of the program of an executable format generated based on the inputted drawing for design using the program size of the acquired component.
