A fuel circulation type regulator for a vehicle is provided to adjust the pressure of fuel to be supplied to an engine by permitting the fuel to contact surfaces of a fuel pressure reduction drum, a holder block and a shaft of the regulator. A fuel circulation type regulator for a vehicle includes a housing(8), a fixed portion, a shat, a holder block, a fuel pressure reduction drum, and a head portion. The fixed portion is arranged on an inner surface of the housing, and guides introduction and discharge of fuel. The shaft is joined to a lower part of the fixed portion, and has an inside with a discharge guide hole. The holder block is joined to a lower part of the shaft, and communicated to the discharge guide hole. The fuel pressure reduction drum is interposed between the shaft and the holder block, and adjusts the pressure of fuel by circulating the fuel. The head portion is joined to a center of the fixed portion, and includes a fuel inlet pipe for supplying fuel into the housing and a fuel outlet pipe communicated to the discharge guide hole of the shaft and a supply pipe.
