An apparatus for manufacturing agglomerate and an apparatus for manufacturing molten irons using the same are provided to reduce the time required for replacement and to improve workability by improving durability of a crusher, thereby extending the replacement cycle of facilities. An apparatus for manufacturing agglomerate includes at least a pair of forming rolls for pressing a powder type raw material to manufacture agglomerate, and a crusher for crushing the agglomerate manufactured by the forming rolls, wherein the crusher includes a shaft(32) having a cooling channel(32a) formed therein, and a roll(34) which has protrusions(34b) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof, encircles the shaft, and is connected to the shaft. The roll includes a shoulder(34a) for encircles the shaft, and the protrusions are disposed on the shoulder in the length direction of the shaft apart one another. The shoulder includes grooves(34c) formed between the protrusions to absorb heat deformation of the protrusions. |
