An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag having an antenna of a high level gain is provided to improve the antenna gain of the tag as a transponder so as to increase a tag identification distance in a reader. An RFID tag having an antenna of a high level gain includes a tag antenna and an RFID chip. The tag antenna is formed as the antenna with the high level gain. The impedance of the tag antenna is matched by the conjugate complex number of the impedance of the RFID chip. The impedance of the antenna becomes the conjugate complex number of the impedance of the RFID chip by the adjustment of the parameters of antenna components. The tag antenna is one among a Yagi-Uda antenna(10), a helical antenna, a parabolic reflector antenna, an inverted F antenna, a high gain patch type antenna, an HB9CB antenna, an array antenna, and a quad antenna.
