<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen permeation device which can prevent a solid electrolyte from breaking due to thermal stress with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This oxygen permeation device comprises an electrochemical cell 10 comprising a platy solid electrolyte 1 having ion conductivity and a front surface electrode 2 and a rear surface electrode 3, arranged respectively at the center of front and rear surfaces of the solid electrolyte 1; and a frame-like substrate 4 supporting the electrochemical cell 10 and arranged so that an opening part 13 thereof is opposed to the rear surface electrode 3. In this case, the rear surface side outer peripheral part of the solid electrolyte 1 is joined to the substrate 4 through a sealing material 8, and a first thick-film wiring 9a is formed from the rear surface electrode 3 to the outer side surface 4c of the substrate 4 via the inner wall 4a and the rear surface 4b of the opening part 13 of the substrate 4, and a second thick-film wiring 9b is formed from the front surface electrode 2 to the outer side part 4e of the substrate 4 via the front surface 4d of the substrate 4 through a route different from that of the first thick-film wiring 9a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
