PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal absorption cataplasm which can stably contain a non-steroidal analgesic anti-inflammatory agent, has sufficient adhesiveness, and is excellent in the transdermal absorption of the non-steroidal analgesic anti-inflammatory agent. SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet comprises a substrate, an adhesive layer comprising the present transdermal absorption cataplasm, and, if necessary, a peeling sheet adhered to the adhesive layer. The transdermal absorption cataplasm of the present invention is characterized by comprising an adhesive substrate, a terpene, a sebacate, an alkyl glyceryl ether, and a non-steroidal analgesic anti-inflammatory agent.
