PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power unit supporting structure of a vehicle possible to be fitted in an existing space without widening an engine room and capable of improving driveability when cornering by restricting displacement of the power unit in relation to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In the power unit supporting structure for supporting the power unit 3 in relation to the vehicle body, a pair of power unit side support parts 43 and 44 provided higher than the center of gravity of the power unit 3 with a clearance in the car cross direction and a vehicle body side bracket 8 provided in a vehicle body side support part 8 are connected to each other by a pitching stopper 20 formed by rigidly connecting three members of rubber bushes 21, 22 and 23 to each other.
