PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor-less controller of a rotary machine by which an increase in loss and noise generated by sensor-less control is suppressed, and a stable operation is attained by simple adjustment.
SOLUTION: The sensor-less controller of the rotary machine includes an inverter 05 which alternately converts DC power and AC power, a permanent magnet synchronous machine 07, a PWM modulating means 04, a current detecting means 06 to detect a current flowing through the permanent magnet synchronous machine, a high-frequency component operating means 10, and a rotation phase angle estimating means 08. The permanent magnet synchronous machine has a magnetic salient-pole property at a rotor, and is driven by electric power supplied from the inverter. The PWM modulating means determines an output voltage in the inverter based on a command to control the permanent magnet synchronous machine. The high-frequency component operating means calculates a high-frequency component of a change in a current caused by a voltage which is determined by the PWM modulating means and outputted from the inverter. The rotation phase angle estimating means estimates a rotation phase angle of the permanent magnet synchronous machine based on spatial distribution on a rotational coordinate axis, which synchronizes with the rotation of the permanent magnet synchronous machine of the high-frequency component.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
