<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively change encrypted personal information of all instructions containing a predetermined user identifier accumulated in a device, and establish a secure system. <P>SOLUTION: Each of composite machines 106-108 comprises an instruction accumulation part accumulating an instruction showing a data processing content and including personal information (transfer destination, password, etc.) used for transmitting the processed data. A server 105 includes a user information management table storing a user identifier in conformation to personal information corresponding to the user identifier.
