摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic semiconductor device capable of increasing the width of a material constituting an organic semiconductor layer; an organic semiconductor device; a manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent device; and an organic electroluminescent device. SOLUTION: An organic film is formed on a substrate by a deposition method; the organic film is altered so as not to dissolve in an organic solvent to form a hole injection layer, and a luminescent layer is formed on the hole injection layer by an ink jet method using the organic solvent, whereby a hole transport layer is prevented from dissolving in the organic solvent in forming the luminescent layer. Thereby, even a material dissolving in the organic solvent can be used as a constituent material of the hole transport layer in addition to a material without dissolving in the organic solvent, and the range of material selection can be expanded.
