CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR TOP COATING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition for a top coating material forming a coating film simultaneously having excellent weatherability and stain resistance, and affording very good gloss and surface conditions to the coating film prepared under thermal curing conditions. SOLUTION: This curable resin composition is prepared by mixing 2-70 parts of a specific silicon compound (B) and/or partial hydrolytic condensate thereof and 0.1-20 parts of a curing catalyst (C) to 100 parts of an acrylic copolymer (A) containing a specific alkoxysilyl group and a hydroxy group.
