PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch film which can control the breeding and spreading of insect pests on crops, inhibit the overgrowth of weeds on the surfaces of ridges, and further ensure the rise in the temperature of the ground needed for the growth f the crops. SOLUTION: This insect pest-repelling mulch film is characterized by integrally laminating a silver color layer comprising 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin and 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of aluminum powder and not containing a green color pigment to a green color layer comprising 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin and 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of a green color pigment and not containing aluminum powder, wherein the silver color layer is disposed to be the outermost layer.
