A method for automatically switching to a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) service and a system thereof are provided to enable a customer to select a service by using multimedia data, not selection of a number after listening to voices in the conventional method or system. A method for automatically switching to a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) service comprises the following several steps. A customer inputs a service code in a terminal and makes WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) access to a main server(S300,S310). The main server provides a WAP page, matched with the service code, for the terminal wherein the WAP page includes CTI service menu and advertisement whose detailed service items are categorized(S320). If the customer selects a detailed service item of the CTI service on the WAP page, the main server connects a call of the terminal to a CTI system to execute the selected detailed service item(S330,S340,S350). If the customer selects advertisement on the WAP page, the main server provides the multimedia data, matched with the selected advertisement, for the terminal(S330,S360-S380).
