A composite pipe connecting apparatus for recovering a pipe line is provided to correspond to corrugation and height difference of composite pipes effectively and to connect the composite pipe easily by forming a flat part and a projection part in the packing. A composite pipe connecting apparatus for recovering a pipe line comprises a packing(50) placed to cover a connecting part of composite pipes(100) to prevent water leakage and formed with a hook shape with prescribed width. Projection lines(51) are formed on outer peripheral surfaces of the packing along circumferentially. The inner peripheral surface of the packing includes a flat part(53) fitted with an outer cylindrical synthetic resin pipe(10) of one synthetic pipe, and a projection part fitted to the outer cylindrical synthetic resin pipe of the other synthetic pipe.
